Gradient is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. We operate independently as a marketplace and reseller. All content on our site is owned by Gradient or used with permission.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct: attempting to defraud Gradient or other users, abusing our customer service, attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, reselling products obtained from Gradient at inflated prices or in bulk to other platforms, creating multiple accounts to circumvent policy or gain unfair advantages, or engaging in any form of harassment or illegal activity on our platform.

All products on Gradient are provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties beyond the condition explicitly stated in the product listing. We are not responsible for product value fluctuations, collector dissatisfaction, or unpredictable outcomes from randomized products.
